Ritter Midmark M7 Speedclave Autoclave Sterilizer
Up for auction is a Ritter Midmark M7 Speedclave. It was removed from a tattoo shop because they bought a new one. This unit shows wear and it should be checked out by a repair tech before placing in service. I took off the cover because of a burn odor and noticed the unit was re-wired and definitely has had work done to it. To test the autoclave, I poured water in the chamber closed the door and set the timer to 15 minutes. Within about 5 minutes the autoclave was at sterilizing temperature. It appears that the heating element may not be screwed tight enough because water dripped from the tip of it.

HP 8657A - 100 KHz to 1040 MHz Signal Generator
This auction is for an HP 8657A Synthesized Signal Generator,
which covers 100 KHz to 1040 MHz with AM and FM modulation -
simultaneously, if desired. Output level is adjustable from +17 dBm
to -143.5 dBm.
Note that -143.5 dBm is .015 microvolts into 50 Ohms.
And - the generator has the shielding to actually do this!
Here is a highlight of the official specifications:
Wide frequency coverage, 100 kHz to 1040 MHz
Output range +13 dBm to –143.5 dBm
(It will actually go to +17 dBm, but the output level is not accurately
controlled at that level)
10 Hz frequency resolution
.1 dB output resolution
AM and FM modulation - internal or external source
+/- 1 dB level accuracy (typically +/- 0.5 dB)
50 W reverse power protection
